When should I expect delivery?
The majority of our products are shipped by the second business day following your order. During the heavier shopping seasons, it may take up to three days. After that, standard FedEx ground, UPS or USPS delivery times apply. This is dependent on your zip code and the volume being handled by the carrier, but normally averages 2-7 days.

We do carry a few items which are an exception to the rule and have a longer delivery time - each of these items does have that noted in the description.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Overnight or express shipping is available for an additional charge, depending on the item. Typically, this option would be available on items that are in stock in our warehouse. If you are ordering an item that is drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Please email us at info@alphapetproducts.comif you have questions about shipping options.

Do you ship intenationally?
Absolutely! If you are outside of the 48 contiguous United States, and would like a quote on shipping prior to purchasing, please email info@alphapetproducts.com.


How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and certified checks or money orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks at this point in time.

How safe is my credit card information?
We take online security very seriously and our shopping cart is set up under a secure server system. We have never had a problem with this, but if you are uncomfortable with this method, you are welcome to call your order into 817.874.3004 or to send a Certified Check or Money Order, please email us at info@alphapetproducts.com for address.

What forms of payment do you accept on international orders?
At this time, our credit card processing company does not accept international credit cards, so for international orders, we are only to able to accept Paypal and International Postal money orders.


Will I have to pay Sales Tax on my order?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. NO Tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas.

What if this is a wholesale purchase?
We are not required to collect sales tax if you have provided us with a completed and signed sales tax exemption form.


What if my item was damaged in shipment?
If your item was damaged in shipment, you can return your item for a replacement. You will need to email orders@alphapetproducts.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. At that point, we will issue you a return authorization number and give you instructions for returning the item.

What if I want to return something?
If your item is the wrong size, you can return it for a replacement in the correct size. We also offer store credit for returns.


Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of item and they must be in unused, salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. If you need to return an item, please email orders@alphapetproducts.com for a return authorization number and instructions.
