PAYMENTS TOP

How can I pay for my order? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and certified checks or money orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks at this point in time.

How safe is my credit card information? TOP
We take online security very seriously and our shopping cart is set up under a secure server system. We have never had a problem with this, but if you are uncomfortable with this method, you are welcome to call your order into 817.874.3004 or to send a Certified Check or Money Order, please contact us for address.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax on my order? TOP
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. NO Tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas.

SHIPPING TOP

When should I expect delivery? TOP
The majority of our products are shipped by the second business day following your order. During the heavier shopping seasons, it may take up to three days. After that, standard FedEx ground, UPS or USPS delivery times apply. This is dependent on your zip code and the volume being handled by the carrier, but normally averages 2-7 days. We do carry a few items which are an exception to the rule and have a longer delivery time and occasionally we run into out of stock or back order situations. In either case, we will notify you via email if delivery time will be delayed.

Do you offer expedited shipping? TOP
Overnight or express shipping is available for an additional charge, depending on the item. Typically, this option would be available on items that are in stock in our warehouse. If the item you are ordering is not physically in stock in our warehouse, we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Please ccontact us if you have questions about shipping options, or to inquire about whether a particular item is physically in stock.

Do you ship intenationally? TOP
Absolutely! If you are outside of the 48 contiguous United States, and would like a quote on shipping prior to purchasing, please ccontact us.

RETURNS TOP

What if my item was damaged in shipment? TOP
If your item was damaged in shipment, you can return your item for a replacement. You will need to contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. At that point, give you instructions for returning the item, and will send a replacement of the same item.

What if I want to return something? TOP
Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of item and they must be in unused, salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. If you need to return an item, please contact us for instructions. Please note, customers will recive a store credit on all returned merchandise. In addition, the store credit will also reflect any shipping charges the customer incurs, provided a copy of the receipt is submitted. Store credits are valid for one year.
